What is the scientific name for L waves?

What is the movement of the L waves and the speed?

Also, what does it take to travel through it.

What is the scientific name for L waves?
LW longwave (a informal AM radio band from 10 kHz to 300 kHz / 30 kilometer to 1 kilometer band)

I don't know the answer to the second part sorry.

Could be:

Sound is the movement of energy through substances in longitudinal (compression/rarefaction) waves. Sound is produced when a force causes an object or substance to vibrate鈥撯€搕he energy is transferred through the substance in a wave. (maybe?)
