What is the scientific name for peeps with squinty eyes?

Also, can they see just as well as a person with big normal eyes can?

I am not trying to offend anyone...

What is the scientific name for peeps with squinty eyes?
The epicanthic fold is probably the closest description of a an eye structured so that it is narrow (not the same as squinty). If you mean a condition or a pathology that causes the eye to squint, maybe it could be amblyopia (it can cause the 'lazy eye' to be squinty).
