I have to write an article on nature for my high school class and i have the scientific name for chipmunks(Tamias Striatus) and i need the scientific name for the red berries i saw the chipmunk eating.
If it helps I live in Massachusetts and it was October when I saw the chipmunk eating the berries.
What is the scientific name for red berries in Nwe England?
Ummm Bunch berries??? Cornus canadensis. They come to fruit late in the season.
