What is the scientific name of a bacteria that is harmful to the environment (not a disease to humans, please)

I am not looking for a disease to humans; I'm doing a project and am not allowed to use that more than once, and I need one more example for how bacteria are harmful to the environment.

What is the scientific name of a bacteria that is harmful to the environment (not a disease to humans, please)
There are no living organisms that can be harmful to the sole ecosystem they live in (humans excluded!) Organisms can be harmful to one another (parasites, predators,...) but not to their own environment! There are some sorts of Cyanobacteria whose populations can explode in short amount of time (cyanobacterial blooms)and harm all the organism in the same habitat by exhausting all the oxygen supplies in that water ecosystem, or by producing harmful toxins...
Reply:PCB'S-POLYCARBONS, THAT POLLUTE OUR RIVERS, FROM ANY KIND OF INDUSTRIES' WASTE GOING INTO THE RIVER %26amp; BOATERS, CREATING COLLIFORM--SOME DAYS OUR PCB COUNT IS SO HIGH THEY ADVISE US NOT TO SWIM IN THE MISSISSIPPI R.
