What is the scientific name for a Japanese orange-breasted starling?

This is a city perching bird. It looks very like a starling with a bright orange breast. It is otherwise black apart from two large horizontal stripes above the eyes. It is also very territorial, as it regularly fights with its reflection in one of our windows.

Do you happen to know its name?

What is the scientific name for a Japanese orange-breasted starling?
This bird is not exactly as you have described, but it is a possibility. The breast can look orange and it does have an orange stripe at the eye. It is a member of the starling family. Do not disreguard this bird without looking at the fotos at the bottom of the page.
